How to Import and Convert Google Calendar from One to Another
This is an online guide on how to import and convert Google Calendar from one to another using Calendar Importer for Google.
Before this step, you should already be able to:
- Download and install Calendar Importer for Google.
- Login into the Google account in Calendar Importer.
- Start the Calendar importing process.
Please refer to the online help page if you don't know how to do the above steps.
So let's choose "Microsoft Outlook" in the pop up window below and click "Next" to move on.

Then we will get the following screen and see that you need to login into another Google account and load related Calendar into the table as below:

After the Calendar are loaded, you may have found that the information loaded is displayed in different colors:
Green Data - means the other Google Calendar event information is not found in the original Google Calendar, if you import this
event, it will be added to the Google Calendar.
Blue Data - means that the two Google accounts have the similar Calendar event but their content are not same, if you import
this Calendar event, your Google Calendar event will be updated.
Black Data - means that the Calendar event information is identical in the two Google accounts and you don't need to import
that Calendar event.
To import the Calendar, you need to check the checkboxes before each Calendar event and press the "Next" button to move to next step.
You may also notice that there are three buttons let you check or uncheck the event item quickly:
- Select All" lets you check all event items to import to Google Calendar.
- "Select Diff" lets you only check the different event items to import to Google. This is the recommended choice.
- "Clear All" lets you clear your selections.
After you selected the Calendar events you want to import and pressed the "Next" button, the selected Calendar event will be transferred to Google Calendar, as
shown below:
